1.)We had to listen to the speaker

2.)I learnt to be safe on the beach

3.)It was hard because when you are in the water there are big waves.

4.)It was easy to surf.

It was awesome when some of Room 10 and Room 11 went to the beach, when we was on the bus I had butterflies in my stomach me and my friend's we was excited to go to the beach we learnt about beach safety and other stuff we had morning tea then we learnt about rips then surf safety then we had lunch then got changed into our togs then played beach games then had a swim there were big waves and I was having fun with my friends and I didn't like the dead stingray with heaps of fly's by it.Please make a helpful,thoughtful and nice comment please thank you.

The steps I took was I read a book the I write down the name of the book.
What I learned was when I read a book I learned that it might be description or fact and advice.
What was easy and hard the easy thing was reading the book and the hard thing was writing them down.

WALT:Writing about Matariki

Matariki.

Facts

Matariki is part Maori and Matariki is all about the 7 sisters there is a song for matariki. Matariki is every year the 7 stars disappear in may and come back in June.

Kites are used for matariki because they can make people.Fly people in the sky to let them see if the invades are coming over to their land.

Myths and Legends

Matariki is part of the Maori and the seven stars and the names are waiti,waita,waipunarangi,Tupu a nuku,Tupu a rangi,Ururangi,Matariki.

It was hard because i had to do it all by myself.

It was easy because i had to plan it in my book.

WALT:I am learning to do Rounding and compensation I learnt that if you are going to add something like a plus up the top were the closes ten then when you add it all up then what you added up the top then you take away the number that was from up the top. How I think i went i think i went really good. It was easy but i fixed my mistakes.

I learn that motion=movement and that balance=no motion.
The hardest part for me was writing because i just started  so i didn't know what to do what not to do

The easiest part was making the air plane because i already knew how to
