On Tuesday Morning the 12th of November at Park Estate School we made some soft cold butter with Mrs Maritz and some lovely homemade bread.And you would want some more bread and you would want to make some more bread for your family.

Matariki.

Facts

Matariki is part Maori and Matariki is all about the 7 sisters there is a song for matariki. Matariki is every year the 7 stars disappear in may and come back in June.

Kites are used for matariki because they can make people.Fly people in the sky to let them see if the invades are coming over to their land.

Myths and Legends

Matariki is part of the Maori and the seven stars and the names are waiti,waita,waipunarangi,Tupu a nuku,Tupu a rangi,Ururangi,Matariki.

It was hard because i had to do it all by myself.

It was easy because i had to plan it in my book.
